Our Mission
Kenya Connection Kids is a Christian ministry in Kenya dedicated to supporting orphaned and vulnerable children. Our mission is to bring hope, education, and lifelong transformation.
Our Vision
Providing holistic care for Kenya youth, guiding them to become fulfilled, responsible Christian adults capable of implementing lifelong positive changes in their communities.
WORKING TOGETHER FOR A BETTER WORLD
What Inspires Us to Do This?
We are a Christian ministry dedicated to being the light in the Darkness to the orphaned and destitute children in Kenya.
As Christians, we are called to be a blessing to others, particularly to serve those in need. Kenya is a nation in need. Though improving every year, Kenya still faces profound poverty, illiteracy, religious and political struggles, and there are millions of orphans resulting from these conditions and epidemic diseases. We believe that with God’s help, we can change this country one child at a time by providing a life, love, education, and a bright future to those who had none.
We can do more to help the children of Kenya with your help.
OUR MISSION, OUR PASSION.
Our Primary Focus as a Christian Ministry in Kenya
Children & Exit Homes
Beginning in 2006 we broke ground on our first children’s home to house 17 orphans. Today we are constructing our 4th children’s home. In 10th grade, the boys are moved to the exit homes to further their education and teach them skills to keep them from falling into poverty.
Sponsor Children
Through generous donations and the assistance of Kenya Connection Kids Org, Inc., children living in poverty are given clothing, food and supplies to better their lives. The children are mentored and offered an education and skill training to better their futures. Medical supplies and support are also provided as funds increase.
Education
Mars Hill Training Institute opened November 2017 to offer computer skill training to the children of Kenya. As of January 2018, we opened the school to the entire community, offering 3 areas of study; Food & Beverage Production, Building & Construction, Carpentry & Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical Installation, Beauty Therapy, among other certificate and diploma programs.
